Directors
Peter Ernest Hatfull
Peter has over 40 years of experience in a range of Board and senior executive positions with Australian and international companies. He has an extensive skill set in the areas of business optimisation, capital raising, and Group restructuring.
Peter is a professional Director and is currently an independent Director and Chairman of several listed and unlisted companies. Peter specialises in corporate governance and strategic planning and has held senior financial and board positions in Australia, Africa, and the UK. Peter graduated as a Chartered Accountant in the United Kingdom where he worked for Coopers and Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers), and subsequently moved to Africa, where he spent 8 years in Malawi prior to moving to Australia.
Stephen Patrick King
Stephen has over 40 years of experience in a wide range of senior management, director, and owner roles across a variety of industries and activities including corporate investigations, trading receiverships, liquidations, demolition, construction, asbestos removal, and contaminated site remediation works. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting). Stephen’s experience has included carrying out some of Australia’s largest demolition, asbestos removal, and contaminated site projects.
Stephen has also developed and constructed a number of commercial properties in Perth and is active in his own business that carries out demolition, asbestos removal, contaminated site remediation, and property development across all of Western Australia. Stephen is also active in the sports administration arena currently holding senior positions in the international sport of Floorball including Executive Board Member International Floorball Federation, Senior Vice President of Asia Oceania Floorball Confederation and Executive Director of Australian Floorball Ltd
